The award allows VPD to continue its support of OPRE and its critical mission to build evidence and improve the effectiveness of ACF programs and services.
Under TARPSS, VPD will provide a broad range of professional and technical support services, including software systems and data management consultation; technical research and evaluation support; and data and program-related services. The work will assist ACF with activities related to contract, grant, strategic, financial, and program management, as well as dissemination and strategic communications and information technology support.
