Tony Brooks brings over 30 years of experience in management consulting and project and program management in both the commercial and Federal sectors. He has spent time as a Federal employee with the Department of Energy and has supported a variety of Agencies in industry, including Customs and Border Protection and the US Border Patrol within the Department of Homeland Security, the State Department, the Department of Energy, General Service Administration, and the US Army Corps of Engineers. Tony began his career in commercial management consulting focusing on competitive intelligence supporting G1000 clients.

Tony is a seasoned management consulting senior executive and business strategist with a focus on the intersection of delivery operations and corporate development. He has demonstrated success growing, managing, and scaling organizations through exceptional customer service, delivery team development, and partner engagement. He oversees Strategy, Delivery and Business Development for VPD.



Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Hampden-Sydney College and holds a Certificate in Management from Graduate School USA and a Change Management Practitioner Certification through PROSCI. He is also the recipient of a variety of professional awards including: the Department of Energy Chief Financial Officer Group Award for Financial Management Excellence, the Secretary of Energy’s Appreciation Award, the Department of Energy Chief Financial Officer Award for Superior Job Performance, and Recognition of Service to Country from the Secretary of Energy. He was named a Rising Star of Govcon by DCA Live.

Tony lives in Loudoun County, VA with his wife and three children and volunteers extensively supporting youth sports.
