Support grantees and grantee organizations with processing, administering, and managing a variety of human services, family, and youth-related grants. We oversee the pre-award and award process, including solicitation, selection, and training of panel chairs and reviewers.
Meet with grantees monthly to help them with performance improvement strategies or technical assistance as needed. We discuss programmatic requirements, assess participation rates, budget revisions, changes in scope, and ensure they are maintaining compliance with federal grant management regulations.
